These cases arrived 3 days earlier than expected. They’re very lightweight & easy to manouever, they glide along smoothly. The shell is good quality; it’ll stand up well to airport baggage handling. The zips are sturdy & move seamlessly. Inside is very well finished and the lid has a divider that zips up to keep your clothes etc. separate from main compartment. This zipped divider also has 3 additional zipped pockets & there is also a smaller zipped flap in the case located between the lid & base. Case(s) are fitted with TSA locks & they’re expandable if required. I purchased the Green set, which look amazing.

Both trips included transfers both ways, and it also has gone through a lost baggage procedure. I’ve only had it for a month and yet it’s gone through a lot. 8 flights altogether and the suitcase is still functional and apart from a few scuff marks and scratches it’s looking ok. 1 star less for the material on the inside starting to come away on the joint, which is a bit soon for this type of damage. It’s big and spacious inside although that’s risky, been very close to the max weight on all the flights, but I’m really happy with it. The colour is nice too. Goes well with my hand luggage that I bought separately. The wheels are great, make the suitcase so easy to push around! Overall, it’s my first hardshell suitcase so wasn’t sure what to expect, but I’m quite happy with it so far

I am writing to express my disappointment with a luggage I recently purchased from your store on Amazon.The luggage in question is SHOWKOO Large 28 inch. Unfortunately, after only using it once, I have encountered a significant issue with the zipper. It does not close securely and keeps coming undone unexpectedly. For example, when I picked up my luggage from the luggage belt, the zipper was open. This renders the luggage unusable for travel purposes, as it does not safely secure its contents.I am truly disappointed with this product, as I specifically chose it based on its strong Sturdiness score on Amazon. This malfunction greatly hinders its intended function and causes significant inconvenience.It would be great to get a response from the seller to rectify this issue. Thank you.

I bought these cases after returning from holiday in November. I am now using them for our holiday in March. I like the look of them and outside casing seems strong also the zipped compartments inside are also very pleasing. It keeps things nice and compact on the one side. On the other side there is the usual elastic to stretch over the contents on that side. Definitely not strong enough!But the most worrying part for me is the closure zip. They seem strong but when the case is full and zipped up lifting it by the side handle Which of course is only on one side of the opening, to put on the scales etc the weight of the other side sags. I wonder how long the zips will last under the syrain. I’m not prepared to take the chance of them breaking so I am using a strap as an insurance. Just for clarification the case fully packed is only 15.9 kilo

Set of 3 cases. Well packaged and undamaged on receipt. All zips appear to be working. I ordered the dark blue option, the colour is not as rich and vibrant as shown. Just plain navy blue 😏 Otherwise fine, but time will tell when I come to use them…..🤞🏻

The colour is amazing and will stand out from the rest when on the airport carousel. I bought the 28 one for my partner for Christmas he was delighted with the colour and the way it glides on the sturdy wheels. I hope the case survives if gets a lot of banging about when it comes to airport handling as it does not feel sturdy, but I put it down to its composition and the previous reviews were positive so looking forward to our holiday so I can try them out.

I bought two of these as I am currently working abroad and needed to get both workwear and tidy clothes in as well as enough essentials to get by. Pretty good separation between sides. For the size of them, they are surprisingly easy to control and move around. The one thing I found was that you need to be a bit careful when stacking them on a luggage trolley as they are quite slippy! They survived a double transit flight hence the so far so good! Time will tell but I still have wheels!

I understand wear and tear over the years can happen. But not on first use, I paid good money for these suitcase. I’m very disappointed with the quality. I was a bit sceptical ordering these online without seeing them first but they are brilliant! Arrived the day after ordering all in one big box. They fit inside each other which is great for storage. They feel very sturdy with loads of room and the lock is a real bonus. The inside compartments are great for smaller items and jewellery, all zips up inside so nothing will fall out. Wheels look robust and seem to glide really easily. Not actually used them yet but can’t wait to start packing!! Very happy with my purchase in the Prime deal. Thank you

I’ve just come back from holiday and used these suitcases ( I bought 2). They are very sturdy and apart from a few scuff marks are still OK. Last year I bought a different make of case and it didn’t even make it to my destination. It was dented badly by the airline staff! So I am VERY PLEASED with these suitcases. Also they expand so if you bring more back than you took they cope well. Very satisfied indeed.

I bought this case because the reviews were good bar one other that also complained about a dent. I wanted a sturdy case as I was travelling long haul UK to Australia and back with a connecting flight along the way. Going out it survived well bar a few scuffs but the trip back it arrived with more scuffs on the rubber part near the zip and one big dent in the corner. I had high hopes for this case, the maneuverability is great, lots of compartments inside and managed 23kg really well. Unfortunately to dent so easily on the first trip let it down. It seems you can’t get a replacement or claim on insurance unless it’s deemed to be unusable. Im not sure it is usable. Will the dent come out? Will it now have a weak area. Overall I am dissappointed and wished I’d picked a different case.

I noticed straight away that the zipper opened on the biggest bag, even with the bag empty.I did not have time to return and decided to hope for it to survive my 2 hour flight. It did not as you can see on the picture :(Thankfully I had a band around the bag but it was open when I got my bag after the flight. The zipper was open.

First time I packed it, I noticed a gap around the zip. After closer inspection the stitching had missed about 3″ of the zip, exposing the contents inside. I needed the suitcase there and then, so I patched it up with tap. Otherwise, I would have sent it back.

I bought a 3 piece set about 2 years ago. I travel almost monthly and worldwide and I stretch the contents to it’s absolute limit. I keep waiting for the zipper or the handles or something to crap out on me and it doesn’t. It still rolls as smoothly today as it did when I originally bought it. I travel with my boyfriend all the time as well and he’s got fancier suitcases that are not surviving and the rollability is horrible. He’s replacing his with a set of these. I have no hesitation in recommending them and I certainly will buy them again.

I got the set to replace my old luggage. It has the perfect sizes for a long trip of a family of 4.Quality: I already used them for a couple of trips (4 flights) and stand perfectly the hard manipulation at the airports. I used big one and middle one at the top 23kg each…and the carry on at the top of 10kg. All come with perfect pockets and zipper inside to split it in half. The most impressive were the wheels! are very good quality and run very smoothly and strong at the same time. The 4 sizes can cover almost every need and the 2 small ones are perfect as carry on luggage. Handlers provide a perfect grip and telescopic handlers goes up and down easily.Last but not least, the color is PERFECT to identify them at the bad at first sight.After the 4 flights, it was expected some scratches and dirty, so I cleaned them up before to store them in the garage. Another big hit is to keep them all stores as only ONE…all the 3 small ones fit into each other so is very convenient to store.

Habe diesen Koffer für unseren Familienurlaub gekauft , der erste Eindruck ist super, er sieht rubost und ist von innen sehr geräumig und die Rollen sind sehr leise und beweglich und durch den reißverschluss kann man ihn super erweitern. Aber wie er sich um Urlaub schlägt weiß ich nicht…Da muss er noch getestet werden.Der reißverschluss ist gut uns sauber verarbeitet.Da er im Angebot war , ist der Preis für so einen tollen Koffer unschlagbar.

Sturdy lightweight and easy to use
This was purchased as a gift for my nephew. Although the color is much lighter than the actual image on Amazon, it still looks good and the actual suitcase is great. Plenty of space for items, great internal compartments and rolls smoothly. Overall this was a good purchase for the price.
