Very pleased with this purchase. Lightweight and easily manoeuvrable. Very good value for the price. Excellent prompt service and response from the seller when Hermes made a pig’s ear of the delivery.

It wheels well. There are two straps inside which is great as lots only have one cross suitcase strap. The colour is beautiful, I bought ‘blue’ but it is turquoise as per the website.Two things I was a little disappointed with is1. There is no gusset in the front pocket so as soon as it is opened things fall out. Great for a newspaper but not particularly practical.2. Both handles are very tight to the actual case and it’s quite difficult to get a large hand under- but it is new!

I purchased this case and on its first use it broke. 2 wheels came off and the zip tags came off. It’s not fit for purpose. I have cases that I have used for years and haven’t broken like this. This is a poorly made product. Poor quality. Also it’s impossible to return due to the cost of such a large item. Don’t buy this product. Purchase from a better seller and get a better quality product.
